Try a factory reset, which is putting your timer into off mode and then hold down the reset button on the back of the display panel down until you see the timer screen display everything at once. After that try updating your Wi-Fi settings, and see if it works. If you’re still experiencing issues please contact our product support line or email us at [email protected], all lowercase.
