I just spent the entire three day weekend trying to connect to wifi and smartphone, no luck, and today after “customer support” line opened at 7, I’ve been on hold three times for no less than 45 mins each time, no help. Online doesn’t explain how to reset the timer to start like new, and mine never did give me any options after first plugged in, just went directly to 5 bars signal. problem, it’s not connected to MY wifi.
