If you’ve done a factory reset, pulled the ribbon cable, used advanced settings to connect to Wi-Fi, and deauthorized the device then please call product support for further troubleshooting and warranty verification.

If your timer display shows the Wi-Fi symbol with an exclamation mark then I would suggest power cycling your router and/or calling your ISP.
