@richmarott1, I’m not sure why it is still saying you need a firmware update but I will look further into it. However it may have to do with he server maintenance that has been performed today and yesterday.

, I’ve just updated your firmware. If you continue to have connection issues please try resetting your timer and unplugging the grey ribbon cable for 5sec, and then plug it back in. Then try updating your Wi-Fi settings, this should resolve any other issues if they haven’t already been.
