You could update your Wi-Fi settings. You could reset your timer unplug the grey ribbon cable and hold if for 5 sec, and then try adding your Wi-Fi network again to your timer. we can do so, but would need your mac address. Please call our product support line if you need assistance preforming these suggestions, and for any other needed assistance assistance.
