HELLO, I’VE UPDATED YOUR FIRMWARES. if YOU’RE STILL HAVING ISSUES TRY UNPLUGGING THE RIBBON CABLE COMING FROM THE DISPLAY PANNEL HOLD IT FOR 5SEC, AND THEN PLUG IT BACK IN. then YOU CAN TRY A FACTORY RESET BY PUTTING THE TIME INTO OFF, AND HOLDING DOWN THE RESET BUTTON. You can also try deauthorizing your timer and repairing it. After that if you are still having issues please contact us.
