I have also recently experienced long wait times on the phone waiting for customer service to become available. Latest wait time was right at an hour. I agree there must be an understaffing issue (or very high call volume) regarding these long wait times. Also received no response to an email I sent to tech support … and the chat function did not work at all (error processing the information submitted).
