Finally got thru to customer service after an hour on hold. Ran thru all the easy troubleshooting steps with the customer service representative (which I had already done myself several times). Unfortunately the person on the phone did not have the information available to manually setup communication with the Orbit SmartHome Timer and my device (actually several devices = iPhones & iPads). But they did log my case details and said someone would call me this week that could supply these type details. Will update this thread when / if the issue is solved … may require a replacement unit.
