Hello ancopre, I show that your timer is not connected. In your app, go to settings > devices > your timer> and then click “Update Wi-Fi Settings”. Then, on your timer, rotate the dial to the “Off” position and press the reset button (on the inside of the swing panel, near the wire terminal). Follow the on screen prompts in the app and your timer should reconnect to the network.
